| 1. Are you bonded and insured? Yes! We are bonded
and insured, employees are also covered by our bond and liability insurance. 2.
How far in advance should I book with you? The sooner you are able
to book with us the better, especially during the busy summer and holiday times
such as 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas. For new clients we recommend
you contact us one to two weeks ahead so that we can schedule consultation and
fill out necessary paperwork. We understand circumstances arise where you cannot
call one to two weeks prior to leaving and that is not a problem, we are dedicated
to doing our best to accommodate each and every client we can! 3.
How do I set up a consultation with The Pet Patrol and what takes place at a consult?
Typical consults run 20-30 minutes and consist of meeting the pets parents, pets,
and filling out paperwork such as vet release in case of pet emergency, pets daily
routines and service agreement. Keys are also exchanged and you can schedule a
consult by emailing us at info@thepetpatrol.com
or calling (951) 712-4523. We will need to know how many pets you have, what types
of pets, how many visits you will be needing and what area you live in. 4.
Do you accept credit cards? We are sorry but at this time we do not
accept credit cards. 5. How are the keys to my home managed?
All keys are kept in a safe and labeled with a discreet code and kept separate
from corresponding client files. We do our best and all precautions are taken
to ensure your safety and security. |
